ROBOTIC NEST FILLING MACHINE

In order to meet the customers’ increasing demand for flexibility, Steriline has designed and manufactured a robotic nest filling machine suitable for the applications under oRABS, cRABS and Isolators.
The machine is available for ready-to-use (= RTU) nested syringes, vials and cartridges with all the movements realized via anthropomorphic vaporized H2O2 compatible STÄUBLI robots.
Other features include:

  • Statistical check weighing system
  • Vacuum filling and stoppering
  • Nitrogen gassing station
  • Viable and non-viable particle monitoring
  • Exchangeable pump systems (volumetric/peristaltic)
