CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Prepares price quotations for spare parts and services in collaboration with co-workers from other business units.

Main tasks
  • Prepare price quotations for spare parts and services
  • Provide support and assistance for customers during order processing
  • Give support to a technical supervisor in handling customer-related technical and commercial issues
  • Provide assistance to other business units involved in after-sales service (such as Technical Department, Finance Department, Export Department )
  • Coordinate customers and sales people of assigned areas
Requirements
  • Middle school degree or university degree in technical or linguistic discipline
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Expertise in customer service in the international environment
  • Good personal and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in team and customer-oriented approach
  • SAP skills would be an asset
