INSPECTOR/LINE TESTER

Inspects the lines checking technical performance, installs and starts up the production lines at the customer-site worldwide

Main tasks

• Upon the conclusion of the construction and assembly of the machines and installation of the operating and supervising software, position the machines in the testing place according to the line layout and connect them to the utility services, such as air, water.
• Inspect the machines and check technical performance according to technical documentation
• Help colleagues of Validation Department in the process of pre- FAT and FAT activities
• Attend team meetings regarding order processing/follow-up
• Receive instructions for technical assistance from Project Manager, in the case of installation and start-up activities, or from Customer Service Responsible, in the case of after-sales service activities, and perform them with due diligence
• Draw up a technical activities report, describing the activities performed and submit it for customer’s approval and respectively, to Inspection and Testing Responsible or to Customer Service Responsible  
• Draw up an internal report following the technical assistance and submit it to the Technical Assistance Responsible
• Collaborate with Project Management and Customer Service for the update of installation and start-up activities
• Install and start up the production line at the customer-site, performing SAT , and perform analogue activities during all stages of FAT

Requirements

• Minimum 5-year of experience as Testing Technician
• Experience in end lines
• Availability for business trips in Italy and abroad
• Experience in pharma industry would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of English
